We do things a little differently.

Web agencies are asking a lot of you.

They’re asking for trust and patience while you wait two months to see a first beta launch.

They’re asking for clairvoyance as you’re expected to know exactly what your project needs to be when it launches next quarter; every feature, every screen, every user interaction planned in advance with perfect accuracy directed at exactly the right target audience.

They’re asking you to pay extra when the market shifts and you are forced to change your strategy or get left behind.

At Swiftkick Web, we’d frankly rather avoid the stomach aches. Borrowing Agile methodologies from esteemed frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe, we’ve evolved a set of work processes that keep our clients empowered and in the loop from day one.

Our Agile Pledge to Our Clients

No costly change orders

Swiftkick Web invites our clients to re-evaluate project goals at regular intervals (sprints). We don’t ask you to plan the perfect 1.0. We work with you to arrive there organically and incrementally, one sprint at a time.

No long-term commitments

Your project commitment is never longer than a single sprint — typically two weeks. At the end of each sprint, a newer, better version of your project is launched. If you’re unhappy with our work (or, conversely, so happy that no further work is needed), we shake hands and call it a day. And if you want to continue improving your project, we hop on a call, work out what’s needed next, and get to work on the next sprint.

No radio-silence

Each project is assigned a development team custom built to support it with you, the client, as a member. You’re added to the weekly Agile ceremonies, given access to our project management tools like Jira and Slack, and invited to inspect our daily progress as job tickets move across our boards. At no point should it ever be unclear exactly what the current state of your project is.

Don’t go chasing waterfalls
